Delivery Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. Customers will receive a follow-up email confirmation with tracking information once order has been shipped. *All shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
For Domestic Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
For International: Orders are shipped via DHL

Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the shipment weight and country of destination. 

Standard Domestic shipping generally takes approximately 5-7 business days after the order processing and payment verification. 

Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after the order processing and payment verification. International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, unique to your country and based on items being over a certain value which is set by your local authority. The courier service will contact you directly regarding any fees that may apply.

VOODOO Hockey has no control over these charges, nor can VOODOO Hockey predict what they may be. VOODOO Hockey are not responsible for paying duties or import taxes associated with international shipments. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: If a shipment is refused because of import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded.
